Bilingual (Spanish) Business Analyst
International Banking Division of our Major Financial Services client, has an immediate contract opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) analyst.
The resource will be responsible for the detailed documentation of business requirements (incl. full analysis of end to end processes) in English and Spanish, schedule and manage walkthroughs &/demos of requirements and obtaining sign off as well as scope changing documents, process flows, users' procedures/manuals and assistance.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal)
2) Business Analyst (5+ years of experience)
3) Great Communication skills
4) Visio, Microsoft Office
5) Documentation (will be documenting and translating in both English and Spanish)
6) Nice to have: FI/Banking Experience, Telophony/ Contact Center experience,
The manager requires an intermediate/senior level bilingual Business Analyst, fully fluent in both Spanish and English. They will be doing a lot of documentation and will be required to document and translate in Spanish/English
Also, the analyst will be responsible for leading and coordinating with group of technology areas through solutioning, development, testing and implementation of specific technology components. Candidate must have solid project management skills and experience including building and managing project plans in MS Project, as well as leading when required team sessions and status meetings, capturing action items and meeting minutes, status reports (incl. capturing of decisions, issues & risks), implementation checklists and implementation strategies. He/she will also work very closely with the international, in-country teams, responsible for Desktop, Telephony, IVR, Sharepoint & MIS deployments and must maintain a strong relationship with our business and I.T. partners, both in and out of country.
