Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) PCO experience (2-4 years of overall experience)
2) Financial Management experience
3) Strong with Microsoft Excel/ Office
4) Great Communication skills
5) Nice to have: FI/Banking, Clarity, Visio,
he hiring manager is looking for a PCO who is able to communicate and present themselves well to senior management, VP’ s/SVPs etc and work within a team environment. This person should be finance focused as they will be managing the finances, forecasting and overall process.
Some of the duties will also include invoices for payments, time entry, sharepoint site management, minutes, and risk issue logs. This project deals with workplace transformation, work programs for employees as well as new technology on how people work. Previous Scotiabank experience will be preferred as well as FI/Banking.
The main function of a Project Coordinator is to provide project support to staff and providing general administrative duties as needed. A typical Project Coordinator arranges schedules and regulates flow of work within or between organizational groups or businesses.
