Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Our  client in the radio  industry and a Top Canadian Employer, offers challenging and rewarding opportunities. They are currently seeking  an Sales Excutive  to join  their Sales  team.

Location: Toronto

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of sales activities within the pipeline including prospecting, presenting, churning, negotiation, and closing
  • Focused on selling enterprise solutions to the executive level
  • Connect with prospects from your designated market of broadcast companies
  • Educate prospects on how our suite of products can work for them
  • Attend and mine prospects from state and provincial association conferences
  • Effectively negotiate and close new clients
  • Support marketing initiatives as they relate to sales and driving prospects through the sales process
  • Communicate ideas for the company' s product development roadmap
  • General CRM administration and reporting
  • Contribute to culture of success

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with very strong communication and listening skills
  • 2+ years of sales experience, SAAS and/or Broadcast Ad sales experience is a benefit
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting aggressive sales goals
  • Full sale cycle, including demos / presentations, and solution selling
  • Strong ability to perform gap analyses and problem solving when closing deals
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Experience navigating a sales CRM - Hubspot experience beneficial
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
