Sr Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager or BDM you will be responsible for selling the services of ProVision Staffing. This is a strategic role with the organisation, where you will take over existing relationships, grow our reputation and revenue within a key national account. Be responsible outside sales activity and work closely with the delivery team to ensure client success.
- Build our business and relationships with clients through regular phone and face to face meetings with the client.
- Build and maintain the strategic account plan.
- Proactively search for prospective client contacts and needs.
- Network throughout and beyond the client organisation, and look for new ways to expand the business.
- Become involved in industry associations and events.
- Meet sales metrics.
- Ensure client retention.
- Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner.
- 3 years+ in the IT recruiting or staffing industry
- 5 years+ in a proactive sales role
- A track record of achieving targets
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
