As a Business Development Manager or BDM you will be responsible for selling the services of ProVision Staffing. This is a strategic role with the organisation, where you will take over existing relationships, grow our reputation and revenue within a key national account. Be responsible outside sales activity and work closely with the delivery team to ensure client success.
  • Build our business and relationships with clients through regular phone and face to face meetings with the client.
  • Build and maintain the strategic account plan.
  • Proactively search for prospective client contacts and needs.
  • Network throughout and beyond the client organisation, and look for new ways to expand the business.
  • Become involved in industry associations and events.
  • Meet sales metrics.
  • Ensure client retention.
  • Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications:
  • 3 years+ in the IT recruiting or staffing industry
  • 5 years+ in a proactive sales role
  • A track record of achieving targets
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
