Our client, a Major Canadian Financial institution, is looking to add a Junior  Desktop technical analyst to its team. Initially a 6 month assignment with strong potential for renewal.

This Enterprise group is responsible for managing, integrating and deploying all major SW / HW upgrades for the Bank.

They will decide if the requirement will integrate with current systems and can it be imaged successfully. If so then deployment will happen.

This junior position will require someone that has supported a very large user-base at a mostly senior level.

Advanced Windows 10 proficiency 
-           Advanced Windows 7 proficiency 
-           Advanced Windows 8 proficiency (nice to have) 
-           Intermediate/Advanced SCCM 2012 proficiency 
-           Software Packaging 
-           Basic ITIL knowledge 
-           Experience in PC software and hardware selection and approval processes (enterprise level preferred)
