Position: Access control Administrator
Duration: 24 months
Scope of Work
Service Desk/Access Control you are responsible for providing support services related to network and system access controls to the client' s computerized information resources.
Administration (creation, deletion, and modification of user ID’ s) handling access control issues as assigned.
2-4 years of Microsoft active directory account, group, and group policy administration experience.
2-4 years customer service experience in a technical support environment with strong communication and telephone skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of information security principles, concepts and methodology related to enforcement and policy audit as well as rules governing user IDs and access permissions.
Must have a strong customer service focus, well developed time management and problem solving abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requires experience working with Microsoft Active Directory Services and IBM Mainframe CMS/TPX or related account and permission management software.
Must have knowledge of Request and Incident Management processes, and demonstrated experience using a Request/Incident tracking system and providing IT Services end user support.
University degree in Computer Science, or the equivalent, and directly related experience working in the area of account administration within an IT environment, in a heterogeneous multi platform computer environment.
