Active directory specialist needed immediately

This is a brand new team that was founded less than 1 year ago. Team is gradually ramping up and adding additional resources.

Group Information: This team supports the digital contact centre technologies. They own the “ Contact Centre Desktop” with over 6, 500 users, supporting a number of in-house applications, and own the relationship with a number of 3rd party vendor apps. The team is made up of 6 application support analysts and the manager to a total of 7 members.

Must-Have Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in application and desktop support
  • Active Directory Experience
  • PowerShell and Batch scripting experience
  • Microsoft SCCM experience
  • ITIL knowledge/familiarity
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

 

  Each week the resource will be engaged by management to look into specific incidents, coordinating with production support to troubleshoot issues, and maintain/update the support knowledgebase and related databases.

What is the Project the Contractor will be Working On?: Windows 10 Optimization – The team is rebuilding the desktop environment from scratch.
