Our client located in London, ON is looking for a bilingual technical support who will join their team. The company provides service and support in the Supply Chain industry to provide level 1 support to users in their Quebec office.

  • Front Line Support ( connectivity/ hardware/software & mobile devices)
  • Escalation process using ticketing system to track issues and update KB
  • Excellent customer service and time management
  • Provide bilingual live client support, for all aspects of the client' s products and platforms, including after-hours support, as required
  • Open to learning new skills

  • College diploma or bachelor’ s degree would be a strong asset
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in help desk or technical support role
  • Familiarity with a variety of programming concepts, practices, and procedures is key
  • Strong computer skills, including Office / Google Docs Suite, data or log analysis
  • Task and priority management skills on multiple ongoing projects is a required skill
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French is an absolute must
