IT Team Leader

Position Summary
 
The Team Leader - Workplace technology is responsible for the oversight and management of various IT activities and services delivered to the organization. The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring these activities and services are consistently delivered, operating effectively, and meeting the design objectives and expectations of the customers. 
The Team Leader is responsible for the oversight and management of various IT services delivered to the Investment Division. The Team Leader   plays a critical role in ensuring these services are consistently delivered, operating effectively, and meeting the design objectives and expectations of the customer. 

The Team Leader, or their staff, is the primary point of contact for any issues that arise in either the technology infrastructure or the various business and productivity applications that rely on that infrastructure. They are also responsible for representing the customers view in various IT processes including Change Management and Incident Management to ensure that implications are identified, managed and communicate

Knowledge & Experience

B.Comm or equivalent University degree. 

Minimum 7 years experience in the information technology industry

Minimum 2 years experience acting as primary service/relationship manager.

Minimum 4 years experience supporting business process applications.

Minimum 3 years experience providing business analysis or liaison function for technology initiatives.
