Position: Project Coordinator

EXPERIENCE
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects including CRM, information technology, process engineering
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Leadership and coordination in delivery of scope items for assigned projects
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a large organization to collect and manage information
  • Experience preparing project plans and schedules to define project tasks, timelines and resources
  • Past involvement completing Project Charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other project artifacts
  • Practiced familiarity with formal organizational change management and deployment processes
  • Experience tracking project costs, identifying variances and resolving related discrepancies
  • Experience with Computer Aided Dispatching/Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) systems
  • Applied knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio
  • Participation in development of new PMO tools, templates and processes

EDUCATION
  • Post-Secondary Education (or equivalent experience) in a discipline such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology Systems
  • Proven ability to apply project management principles and processes as recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience as Project Manager, Project Lead, Project Coordinator or Business/Systems Analyst
  • Minimum 3 year' s experience creating and maintaining schedules with scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Minimum 3 years applied experience in projects analytics and metrics
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience creating business presentations, communications and executive reporting
  • The successful candidate must currently possess a PMP designation
