Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’ re now looking for a passionate, forward-thinking and experienced Sales Development Rep (SDR) to help the company generate new business opportunities.

You will produce new qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting meetings for Account Executives. You will be working closely with our senior leadership team and be part of the founding sales team.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a selling team with a focus on the initial relationship development
  • Quickly communicate company’ s value proposition to our target market
  • Engage mid-to-senior level training professionals and build relationships
  • Continuously leverage creative prospecting tactics leveraging multiple channels such as LinkedIn and Indeed to fuel email campaigns
  • Qualify new business opportunities through email and cold-calling and set appointments for Account Executives
  • Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience always
  • Continuously learn and grow in your role, adapting as you gain new information

 

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Experience working with  CRM applications, Salesforce preferred
  • Self starter with the ability to learn quickly 
  • Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional groups
  • Familiarity with corporate learning systems or authoring solutions a plus
