Position: Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant 

Duration: 12 months 
  • Sound knowledge of change management principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Organization Change Management certification will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the practical application of change management methods and strategy combined with a solid understanding of how people go through change and the overall change process
  • Experience leading large transformational change projects as the Organizational Change Manager in public sector supporting the senior management team driving change in the organization
  • Project management experience and excellent facilitation and coaching skills; excellent analytical, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, and negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework
  • Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting corporate objectives
  • Solid experience in change related practices e.g., communications planning and delivery, training design and facilitation, and change champion network management
  • Self-directed, and confident in ability to lead a complex organizational change management project
  • Ability to successfully manage direct reports
  • Team player with the ability to work with and through others
  • Sound judgment; excellent planning, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, active listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with computers and computer based techniques and applications related to the work are essential
