Sr. Credit / Counterparty Risk BA

The position requires working with various business lines and technology teams to resolve highly complex, multi-faceted problems, and provides solutions and support to meet business needs for Credit Risk area. This includes planning, defining business requirements, testing and managing the delivery of projects and enhancements
The candidate must be a creative, self starting, result oriented and high motivated individual with good analytical skills in order to apply this knowledge to provide resolution to complex business problems for business and technology application group.
He / She must possess a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and techniques, keep current with rapidly changing technology/IT practices, and have solid business analysis and management skills. Further the candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to exercise diplomacy and judgment to effectively work with users from Front, Middle and Back offices and members of the team
He / She must have excellent knowledge of financial instruments, including market conventions, valuation methods and risk management methodologies including best practices. With previous Capital market experience and good understanding of current and anticipated regulatory requirement for Credit Risk, Market Risk or Derivatives area. Have Solid BA skills. Able to work with both business and technology to gather and analyze requirements and document specs, test plan, test cases and defects

A recognized under-graduate or graduate degree in business, econometrics, mathematics or a related discipline, along with 4-6 year of practical experience is required.
