Our client is a very high-profile, enterprise-class Public-Sector organization, located in Toronto, with close proximity to the TTC/Subway and other public transit.  They have a need for one Technical Support Analyst for the VOIP Project.

Position: Technical Support Analyst 

Duration: 14 months

Mandatory Skills: 
  • Must have practical experience in large VOIP Deployments
  • Familiarity with Bell Total Connect
  • Knowledge of Bell Centrex and Station CM
  • Must have a minimum 2 1/2 years and a strong Telephony background

Other Skills: 
  • Proficient with MS Excel & Word
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication Skills
  • Must have knowledge of internal ticketing systems
