Documentation Lead, Digital Forensics & Incident Response

Toronto, ON

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $100K

What will your typical day look like?

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the business through the development, management, and execution of strategic activities for our Cyber Security clients.

Key focus areas:
  • Drive client satisfaction, client loyalty and ensure all deliverables are met according to the Managed Security Service SOW.
  • Support the creation of internal and external client communications and relationship development plans, including distribution of thought leadership to stakeholders and development of client-facing deliverables (e.g., relationship maps, meeting documents, newsletters, onboarding documents)
  • Maintain ongoing reporting including opportunity management, net service revenues, budgeting, and status of any relevant issues within the account
  • Clearly articulate and execute on all issues or opportunities related to cyber security and our managed service offering.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects across various technology domains (i.e., manufacturing, aerospace, IT, advanced technology) and write technical project narratives and reports.
  • Identify and clarify opportunities, gather, and format documentation, write drafts, manage edits, develop business case templates and customized strategic pitch decks

  • Proficient in process mapping, process modelling and/or process standardization
  • Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively orally and in written form is critical in this role.
  • Responsible for interviewing subject matter experts, fact-checking information to get an in-depth understanding of how to write about a product, service and/or technology
  • Conduct research, utilizing a variety of sources including market reports, client data and interviews with subject matter experts to develop a coherent proposal.
  • Analyze and interpret requirement of RFPs and submit responses


You are someone who has:
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in Consulting
  • A minimum of a bachelor’ s degree or diploma in Cyber Security, Business or other related discipline is preferred.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, and proactive with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and strong problem solving and project management skills with the ability to scale effectively across a large matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to c-suite executives.
  • Have a good understanding of IT Security practices; ability to interpret technical reports.
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Able to work in a deadline driven environment, prioritize work and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to obtain secret government clearance; please review the Government of Canada website to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Design compelling presentations that are aesthetically paired to their content and created to a high standard
  • Create original charts, illustrations, infographics, and icons to simplify and stylize complex ideas
  • Continually determine new and innovative ways to visually present data
  • Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
