CRM Project Manager


We are looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Project Manager with experience in CRM implementation.


As the CRM Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budget for the CRM implementation project. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills as you’ ll collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver results on deadlines.


  • Develop detailed project plans including: project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the CRM project
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Coordinate project management activities, equipment and information
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a project budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Ensure PMO standards and requirements are met


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Experience with large projects such as CRM & ERP implementations
  • Some technical knowledge of Azure stack and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Minimum three years project management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
  • Strong business judgement with a track record of successful relationship management skills to effectively maintain vendor relationships
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Project Online and Jira
  • Project Management certification (PMP)
  • An understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile core principles
